WP User Data

WordPress stores user data in wp_usermeta, but the default Users screen barely shows it. WooCommerce orders, membership fields, and form submissions end up scattered across plugin screens — or buried in the database.

WP User Data is the command center for that data: open any user, filter the whole list, follow their activity, then export a segment or study how they move through your site.

View and edit any user meta field

Open a user and browse every meta key in a readable table. Inline-edit or delete values from the admin — no SQL, no custom code. Pair that with a native snapshot of roles, capabilities, and content the user owns.

Find anyone with advanced filters

Auto-discover public user meta keys and detect field types (text, number, date, boolean). Filter with operators that match real work: equals, contains, starts/ends with, greater/less than, before/after/between dates, is filled / not filled. Combine conditions with AND or OR logic, and customize which columns appear on the User List.

Complete activity log

Get a chronological record of what users and admins do — not just logins. Capture authentication events, content changes, and plugin activity, then review them globally or on a single user.

• Security & auth — Logins/logouts with IP, failed attempts, password resets, role changes, concurrent sessions, User Switching, and 2FA success/fail/enable when a supported plugin is active.
• Content activity — Posts, pages, comments, and media create/edit/trash/delete events.
• Plugin activity — WooCommerce cart-to-order events and refunds, Ultimate Member social actions, and WPForms submissions when those plugins are active.

Export, import, and large lists

Once you have the right segment, pick exact columns, apply your current filters, and export to CSV, JSON, or XML with batched processing for large databases. Files are stored privately and cleaned up automatically.

Need data in? The CSV import wizard maps columns, dry-runs a preview, then commits in batches. Match users by email or user ID, choose create-only / update-only / create-and-update, set a default role, and optionally email new users their login details.

Analytics and user journey

See registration growth, peak hours and days, top users, popular pages, and login/password-reset breakdowns. With WooCommerce active, track popular products by views, unique viewers, and conversion rate — and download a users CSV for any date range from Insights.

The User Journey map groups page visits into sessions, charts funnel progress, and surfaces referrer/source context so you can see where people drop off.
